Still Krz Cruises to Sunday Feature Score

Oceanport, N.J. – David Jacobson’s Still Krz grabbed the lead right from the start before drawing off to a three-length score in the $40,000 allowance/optional claiming feature at Monmouth Park on Sunday afternoon.
Trained by the owner, Still Krz stepped the six furlongs over a fast main track in 1:11 1/5 and paid $4.80, $3.20 and $2.40 as the 7-5 choice in the field of six older horses.Blue Y Gold rallied to complete the $28.80 exacta and paid $5.60 and $3.40.Visionary Ruler, who pressed the leader until the top of the stretch, was another two lengths back in third, good for a $4 show mutuel.
With Paco Lopez in the irons on Sunday, Still Krz scored his fourth lifetime win form 14 outings.The 4-year-old gelded son of Old Forester from the Bold Executive mare Krz Exec was bred in Ontario.
