Saturday, February 2, 2013 marks the start of the Simulcast Series Challenge, a series of three contests culminating with the SSC Invitational. Top 20 finishers of each Challenge advance to the SSC Invitational where they'll battle for two spots to the 2014 DRF/NTRA National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas.

$100 Entry Fee, $100 Tournament Bankroll 

All entry fees will be returned as prize money.

Wagering Format: 

• Challenge wagering on Aqueduct, Gulfstream Park, and Tampa Bay Downs
• Win, Place and Show (WPS) wagering only or any combination thereof
• Minimum wager is $10 per race, no limit
• Cannot wager on more than one (1) horse in any race
• Must bet a minimum of ten (10) races, no maximum

Walk-Up Registration accepted 11 am - 2 pm on Saturday, February 2.

Can't make the first qualifier? Simulcast Series Challenge Schedule is as follows:

• March 2, 2013 - Simulcast Series Challenge #2 
• March 30, 2013- Simulcast Series Challenge #3
• April 20, 2013 - Simulcast Series Invitational (must have previously qualified)

Regarding new NTRA rules for the National Handicapping Championship: For the Simulcast Series Challenge Qualifiers if you want to be eligible for the spots to the NHC, you ARE required to be an NHC Tour member prior to the qualifiers. We will be processing tour registration at the contest tables.
