Chef Justin Antiorio, one of the six remaining contestants on Fox Network’s Hell’s Kitchen, will sign autographs on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. He is one of the celebrity judges for the track’s Shore Chef Crab Cake Cook-Off, which concludes on Sunday.
