Monmouth Park’s annual Shore Chef Crab Cake Cook-Off returns this weekend, Aug. 18 and 19.

            Featuring 15 food vendors from up and down the Jersey Shore, this year’s festival will once again culminate with the crowning of the judge’s choice for best crab cake, as well as a poll for fan favorite.

            In addition, Justin Antiorio, a New Jersey TV Chef Personality and contestant on Season 10 of Hell’s Kitchen, will be on hand for a meet and greet and act as a guest judge.

            Gates open at Monmouth Park this weekend at 11:30 a.m., first race 12:45 p.m.  The Crab Cake Cook-Off will run from noon to 5 p.m. both days.
